On 27 May 2020, we are rolling out a major update to our online learning portal. As part of this upgrade, our online courses will be transitioning to a new learning platform.

Please consider the following information carefully and follow any advice applicable to your current learning activities with DTA.

Impact to learners

If you are currently enrolled and undertaking any DTA online courses within our existing system, please ensure you complete all your online courses by 22 May, 2020.

Our new website will launch on 27 May, 2020. Failure to complete your courses before the 22 May cutoff date will result in having to start your course again from the beginning. Please act.

We will not be accepting any new course enrolments between 15 May 2020 and 27 May 2020 while we complete this transition. In the lead up to 15 May, we will progressively remove the ability to enrol into new courses. This will ensure learners have enough time to complete their courses by the 22 May cutoff date.

Courses that you are already enrolled in will not be impacted, however they must be completed by 22 May, 2020.

Please rest assured that all our online courses will be available again once our website relaunches, along with some new courses and learning modules.

About the new website

Your existing DTA member account will remain active on our new website. Please use your current registered email address to log in.

Any prior learning you have with DTA will be retained, and your new learner Dashboard will include information about the courses you have completed in the past, as well as your Certificates.

The new website features a password less login system. To log in to your existing account, simply enter the email address previously connected to your DTA account. Alternatively if you are a new learner, you can create an account by entering your email address. A ‘magic link’ will be sent to your inbox. Clicking on this link will enable you access to your Learning dashboard.

Information for learners completing a Tailored Training Package

If you are undertaking an online course as part of your organisation’s Tailored Training Package (TTP), please expect further communication about how to access your training program after 27 May, 2020.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we create a better learning experience.

If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us at dta@uow.edu.au and a DTA representative will be in touch as soon as possible.
