Thank you for your interest in the Dementia Training Action plan (DTAp). The DTAp is designed to help you understand your staff current knowledge and skills and identify their dementia learning needs.

The DTAp for Organisations tool is used to gain insights into overall knowledge levels and identify areas for organisational learning and development, not to evaluate individual employees. All data provided by the DTAp tool to the organisation will be aggregated and anonymised. The organisation will not have access to any identifiable personal information associated with an employee’s responses.
