5 SIMPLE STEPS

We help you to identify your staff training needs.

We conduct a Training Needs Analysis through a quick online survey of the training needs of staff as seen by managers, staff and, optionally, consumers.

We help you to assess your environment.

We provide you with the tools and support needed to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your built environment for a person living with dementia.

We help you determine your training priorities and objectives.

We combine the staff training analysis and environmental assessment to create a summary of training and environmental needs and then work with you to identify priorities and objectives.

We present you with a menu.

Based on your priorities and objectives, this is a menu of resources, courses and services (including 3rd party suppliers) for you to select from to best meet your needs.

We work with you to develop a MOU.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) describes what we undertake to do for and with you and records the objectives of the TTP that will be used in the measurement of the success of the TTP.
