4 SIMPLE STEPS
We help you to identify your staff training needs.
We conduct a Training Needs Analysis through a quick online survey of the training needs of staff as seen by managers, staff and, optionally, consumers.
We help you determine your training priorities and goals.
We combine the staff training analysis and environmental assessment to create a summary of training and environmental needs and then work with you to identify priorities and goals.
We present you with a menu.
Based on your goals, this is a menu of resources, courses and services (including 3rd party suppliers) for you to select from to best meet your needs.
We work with you to develop a Service Agreement.
The Service Agreement summarises your training priority areas and goals, what we will deliver and how we will measure the success of your TTP.
